Change Column Type#

Changes the column type in the Data Table. The current values of the column are automatically converted to the specified type.

Table[Data Table] The data table in which to change the column type.
Number or Name[Text/Number] The number or name of the column whose type needs to be changed. Numbering starts from 0.
New Type

The new column type. Possible values:

  • "Int" - integer;
  • "Float" - floating-point number;
  • "Money" - floating-point number with high precision;
  • "String" - text.
Result[Data Table] Returns the table with the new column type.
Error Handling Level

Select the error handling level. Possible values:

  • "Default" - default;
  • "Ignore" - errors are ignored;
  • "Handle" - errors are handled.

If "Default" is selected, the value from the "Start" block of this diagram will be used.

Message Level

Select the message level that blocks will output during operation. Possible values:

  • "Default" - default;
  • "Release" - output is disabled;
  • "Debug" - outputs main information;
  • "Detailed" - outputs detailed information.

If "Default" is selected, the value from the "Start" block of this diagram will be used.

Error Text[Text] Returns detailed information about the error in case of incorrect execution of the block's work.
