Write Data to Range#

Write a Data Table to a range of cells in an Excel document.

Document Link[Link] Link to the document currently being worked on. The variable name in this property must match the variable name in the "Document Link" property of the "Create Document" or "Open Document" blocks from the Excel group that were previously used to create or open this document.
Sheet[Number/Text] ID (ordinal number) or name of the sheet where the Data Table needs to be copied. Numbering starts from 1.
Range[Text] The upper left cell that will become the first cell for the inserted Data Table (e.g., "A1:B3").
Table[Data Table] The Data Table that needs to be inserted into the Excel document.
Value Type

The type of value being written (applies to the entire range). Possible options:

  • Default - the value type is taken from the column type;
  • Text - the value is written as text;
  • Number - the value is written as a number;
  • Money - the value is written as a monetary type (rounded to two decimal places).
Write HeadersIf enabled, the table headers are written.
Error Handling Level

Select the error handling level. Possible values:

  • "Default" - by default;
  • "Ignore" - errors are ignored;
  • "Handle" - errors are handled.

If "Default" is selected, the value from the "Start" block of this diagram will be used.

Message Level

Select the message level that blocks will output during operation. Possible values:

  • "Default" - by default;
  • "Release" - output is disabled;
  • "Debug" - main information output;
  • "Detailed" - detailed information output.

If "Default" is selected, the value from the "Start" block of this diagram will be used.

Error Text[Text] Returns detailed information about the error in case of incorrect execution of the block's work.
