License Activation via Sherpa Assistant#
Activating Sherpa RPA License #
After installing Sherpa RPA, you need to activate the software license.
Launch Sherpa Assistant if it has not been started. Right-click on the Sherpa Assistant icon in the tray: .
In the context menu, select “Settings…”:
In the opened window, click on the “Registration” tab. Enter the product key you received earlier[^1] in the “Enter product license key” field. Click the Activation button. Sherpa Assistant will check the product key and provide the date and time until which the license is valid in green text below the “Enter product license key” field:
Connecting the Robot to Sherpa Orchestrator#
Launch Sherpa Assistant if it has not been started. Right-click on the Sherpa Assistant icon in the tray: .
In the context menu, select “Settings…”:
In the opened window, click on the “Orchestrator” tab:
Specify the server domain or IP address of the Orchestrator along with the protocol (e.g., https) in the “Server Domain / IP” field. In the “GUID” field, enter the unique identifier of the Robot copied from the Orchestrator. Click the Connect button, and ensure that the Robot is successfully connected on the Robots screen in the Orchestrator (the status of the corresponding Robot will be marked with a green circle).
Connecting to Sherpa AI Server#
Launch Sherpa Assistant if it has not been started. Right-click on the Sherpa Assistant icon in the tray: .
In the context menu, select “Settings…”:
In the opened window, click on the “Services” tab, and then the “Sherpa AI Server” tab:
Specify the token for using the Sherpa AI Server, as well as the server domain or IP.
If necessary, you can check the connection by clicking the “Check Connection” button.
Configuring Connection to Third-Party Service Accounts#
To connect to third-party services:
- Yandex Cloud;
- Anti Captcha;
- OpenAI;
- OCRSpace;
- Sber GigaChat;
- DaData;
- Claude;
- GroqChat,
and use them in your work, you need to familiarize yourself with the relevant documentation.
